Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Van Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of SEEKEN's consumer electronics, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories across the UAE. This role requires an individual who is passionate about sales, customer-focused, and capable of managing their own sales route effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute direct sales of consumer electronics from a company-provided van to retail outlets and businesses across designated routes in the UAE.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Effectively present product features and benefits to customers.
- Manage inventory in the sales van and ensure accurate sales records.
- Process orders, handle payments, and issue invoices.
- Provide market feedback on competitor activities and customer needs.
- Ensure the van is well-maintained and stocked with appropriate products.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of demonstrable outdoor sales experience in consumer electronics within the UAE.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A valid UAE Manual Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (English is essential; Arabic, Hindi, or other regional languages a plus).
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales route efficiently.
- Basic understanding of consumer electronics.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
