1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty
Seeken Electronics provides a one (1) year manufacturer's warranty on all our products, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be faulty from day one or develops a fault after a period of use, we will replace it after a thorough inspection by our technicians.
How to Claim Your Warranty
1. If You Purchased from seeken.com: Please contact our customer service number directly at +971 56 995 5767 via WhatsApp. Our team will guide you through the process of having the product inspected at our warehouse and arranging a replacement if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
- Contact Us: Before bringing your product to our warehouse, please contact our customer service number to report the issue and initiate the warranty claim process. You will need to provide your proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) and a detailed description of the fault.
- Product Inspection: Once you have a valid claim, you will be required to bring the product to our designated warehouse for inspection. Our technical team will inspect the product to determine if the fault is covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
- Replacement: If the inspection confirms a manufacturing defect, we will replace the faulty product with a new one of the same model. If the exact model is no longer available, we will offer a comparable replacement.
2. If You Purchased from Other E-commerce Platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon): Please initiate the warranty claim directly through the platform where you made your purchase. These platforms have their own specific return and warranty procedures that you must follow.
3. If You Purchased from a Retail Store: Return to the retail store where you bought the item. Bring your invoice or proof of purchase, explain the issue to the store staff, and they will assist you with a replacement for the defective product.
Warranty Exclusions
The Seeken Electronics manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidental Damage: Drops, spills, or any other physical impact.
- Improper Use: Operating the product outside of the recommended usage guidelines or in a manner other than its intended purpose.
- Unauthorised Modifications: Any repair or modification performed by an unauthorised service provider.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Including but not limited to scratches, dents, or cosmetic changes that occur over time with regular use.
- Environmental Factors: Damage caused by extreme temperatures, humidity, power surges, or natural disasters.
- Negligence: Failure to maintain the product as per the instructions in the user manual.
Please note: Any product found to be damaged due to human error or improper usage will not be accepted for a warranty claim. The warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects.
Important Information
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- The original proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for the customer. Seeken Electronics is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
