Refund policy


1. 30-Day Return Policy

Customers have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return request for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

 


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must first contact us at info@seeken.com or through our customer service WhatsApp at +971569955767. Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the package back to us.

Please note that for returns based on a customer's preference (e.g., they simply don't like the item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to an error on our part—such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item—Seeken will cover the return shipping expenses after the product has been received. 

Any items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your initial order, please inspect the items immediately. If you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us without delay. This allows us to assess the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify it promptly.

 


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The most efficient way to exchange an item is to follow our standard return process. Once your return is accepted, you can then place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase.

 


6. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed and credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please be aware that the processing time for the refund to appear in your account can vary depending on your bank or credit card company. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@seeken.com for further assistance.
